Africa may be the last continent to discover modern design, but it seems to be catching up quickly, judging from the latest designs from Durban’s Egg Designs and its sister company, Milk Products. Take a look at the firm’s simply named Locker and Chair. Chair features South African floral elements such as the protea, Lala palm, acacia horns, and African mahogany. Locker, pictured above, puts a new twist on the oldschool theme by laser custting the shapes of African succulents into its delicate frame.
