| The British sports car geniuses at Lotus are jolly good at turning heads, but the mesmerizing curves of the new Exige coupe are more than just for looks. The Lotus design team used digital surface modeling to take the car’s aerodynamics to a whole new level (the long nose, front wind splitter, and dramatic rear wing give it one of the highest power-to-weight ratios on the road). That means the Exige gets you to 60 before you can count to five—not bad, considering its small 190-hp engine. With rpms roaring up to an ear-splitting 8,500, you’ll never be late for tea.
