San Francisco design duo Mike and Maaike recently stole some very famous jewelry—from Google image search. After pixelating images of the Hope Diamond, Great Chrysanthemum Necklace, and Imelda Marcos’ Ruby Necklace with Diamonds, among others, the designers printed their loot on scored leather. Even without the real stones, the beauty of the jewels is still intact—as striking as the real thing, and nobody went to jail. —Ian Daly
