    • Samsung Cue is preloaded in all the supported Galaxy smartphones released in MENA. If you are unable to find Cue on your device you still can download it from Galaxy Apps Store

      Why I cannot find the app on Galaxy Apps?

      Samsung Cue is only available in MENA countries (see the list below). Make sure your account is registered in one of these countries to be able to download the app.

    • What are the types of content that I can download using Samsung Cue?

      With Samsung Cue, users can have access to a huge library of digital content including but not limited to:

      Music: with Samsung Cue users can purchase and download their favorite songs and albums. Users can also subscribe to the streaming service to get unlimited access to the music library
      Magazines and Newspapers: Cue features magazines from leading publishers across MENA. it enables customers to discover and enjoy a wide range of top-tier magazine titles on their mobile device.
      Ringtones: with Cue, users can download their favorite ringtones right to their Samsung Galaxy device

    • How can I purchase Content on Samsung Cue?

      In order to be able to purchase content on Cue, users should logging to their Samsung account and then select the desired content to purchase. Cue provides several payment methods including but not limited to Credit Cards and Carrier billing. The payment methods available to you depend on content type and billing country. You'll see a list of all the payment methods available to you after you start the purchase process.

    • Where can I find my purchased Music?

      With Cue, users can purchase and download DRM-Free songs and Albums. Once an item is purchased, users can find the MP3 files by either:

      Checking My Library menu in Samsung Cue application. Under Music Tab, user can find all the purchased music.
      Or by Browsing the app storage directory under: Device Storage> Samsung Cue > MUSIC

    • How Can I subscribe All the Music streaming service?

      In order to subscribe to the unlimited music streaming service, users should logging to their Samsung account and select one of the Subscription options in the following menu:

      Account Settings > Music Subscription > Manage > Subscription Options

    • How can I download songs or Playlists for Offline usage?

      If you are subscribed to Cue All the Music Streaming service, you can download your favorite songs albums or playlists for offline listening. To download content you may proceed as follows:

      1) Start Playing your desired song, album or playlist
      2) Open the player and click on the Offline button
      3) Select whether you want to download one song or the whole Album/Playlist
      4) Once the download is completed, the content will be available in the Offline Playlist in My Library menu

    • How can I create a Playlist?

      With Cue Music subscription, you can create your own playlist by selecting your favorite songs from the library. To create a playlist, follow these steps:

      1) Select and start playing your desired song
      2) Open the player and click on "Add to list"
      3) Choose whether to create a new playlist or to add the song to an existing list
      4) Type the name of your playlist and click add
      5) Your playlist will be created successfully and will be added to the My Library menu

    • How can I search for a particular content?

      You can search for music, magazines or ringtones through Samsung Cue search engine. Just type the name of the content you are looking for in the search field and press search to continue.

    • Why I'm not able to download content via mobile network?

      Samsung Cue prevents download of content over cellular data connection in order to limit your data usage and avoid additional fees or charges from your network provider.

      If you want to enable download over Mobile network, you may follow these steps:

      1) Go to Samsung Cue settings menu
      2) Under data usage, check "Allow downloading via mobile network"

    • How can I use Fingerprint authentication for content purchase?

      If you have a Samsung smartphone with a fingerprint scanner, you can authenticate purchases in Samsung Cue with just a press of your thumb. You will need to enable Samsung Account Fingerprint verification in your device settings before you can use this feature in Samsung CUE:

      1) In your device Settings menu, go to "Lock screen and Security"
      2) Setup your fingerprints under security menu and enable "Verify Samsung Account"
      3) Type your password to continue

      Once your fingerprint setup is done, you will be able to use fingerprints authentication to purchase on Cue.

    • How can I manage the offline storage capacity of my device?

      With Samsung Cue music Subscription you can download your favorite content for Offline listening. In order to control and manage the permitted Offline storage space, you may proceed as follows:

      1) Go to Samsung Cue settings menu
      2) Choose to clear Offline data if you want to free your storage memory
      3) Or Choose to manage the permitted storage space for offline download

    • How Can I login to Cue?

      In order to be able to purchase content or subscribe to Samsung Cue packages, you simply need to add a Samsung account to your device. If you already have a Samsung account, please go to Samsung Cue Menu → Log In → Sign in → enter your Samsung account details.

      If you already have a Samsung account, please go to Samsung Cue Menu → Log In → Sign in → enter your Samsung account details.

      If you do not have a Samsung account, go to Samsung Cue Menu → Log In → Create new account and follow the registration process.

      Once you add your Samsung account on the device, you just have to open Cue and you will be able to purchase and download content.

      You can add your Samsung account on your mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets through the below steps.

      1) If you do not have a Samsung account:

      - Your Samsung account will be automatically added through the following steps.

    • How Can I change my personal information (Including Password)?

      If you want to change your personal information, go to: Cue Menu → Click to view your Account information → Change password

      You will be directed to your profile page where you can update your personal information.

    • How Can I Sign up again with a different email address?

      You can use Cue with the default Samsung account on your device only. In order to sign up with a different account, you need to remove the current account and Log in with the new one.

      To do so, go on your device to Settings → Accounts → Samsung account → Select account → Click Remove account from the menu

      Then add the new account on Settings → Accounts → Add account → Samsung account → Sign in → enter your Samsung account details.

      Please note that the breakdown (purchase information, download history, vouchers, etc.) for each specific e-mail ID will not be consolidated into a single account.

    • I have forgotten my Samsung account password/ID. How can I find out what it is?

      You can find your Password via the 'Forgot your E-mail or password?' link on the sign-in page at:

      Device Settings → Accounts → Add account → Samsung account → Sign in

      1) Click the 'Forgot your E-mail or password?' link, and then choose 'Find Password'
      2) Enter your email address, security code and then press 'Confirm'.
      3) The message 'Password change E-mail has been sent to your email' will appear. Press 'Confirm'.
      4) Check your email inbox and click the link on the email from 'Samsung account' to change your password.

      If the email address that you used to sign up for a Samsung account is no longer in use, or the password change email doesn't reach you, please contact Customer Support (https://account.samsung.com > Contact us).

      If you have forgotten your ID, you can find your Samsung account details via the 'Forgot your email or password?' link on the sign-in page:

      Device Settings → Accounts → Add account → Samsung account → Sign in

      1) Click the 'Forgot your email or password?' link, and then choose 'Find email'
      2) Enter your last name, first name, and date of birth.
      3) Click 'OK' to search for your Samsung account ID.

    • How Can I delete my account?

      You can delete your Cue details by deleting your Samsung account via the website (https://account.samsung.com)

      Please sign in to the Samsung account website with your Samsung account, and then click the 'Profile' menu. There you can see the "Delete account" button.

      When you delete your Samsung account, your details will also be deleted from all connected Samsung services. In addition, all information that belongs to your account, such as downloaded items, purchase history, etc. will also be deleted. If you want to find out which services you are using with your Samsung account, you can check via the Samsung account website (https://account.samsung.com).

      If you are unable to delete your account by using the process above, please contact Customer Support (https://account.samsung.com > Contact us).

    • How can I control the notifications I receive?

      1) Open Samsung Cue and Sign in to your Samsung Account
      2) Open your Account page in the side menu
      3) Select [Settings] and click [Notifications Settings]
      4) Activate or deactivate the Push Notifications

    • How can I unsubscribe from Emails?

      Emails are a great way to keep our users with latest exciting stuff available in Samsung Cue. Users have full control over the emails and notifications they receive.

      You can manage your email notifications in CUE under the menu: Settings > [Notifications Settings]

      If you want to remove your account from the mail listing, you can click on Unsubscribe in the bottom of any email received from Samsung Cue.

    • Can I use Samsung Cue on multiple devices?

      Samsung Cue can be installed and used on both Smartphones and Tablets. You can use Cue to purchase and download content on unlimited number of devices using your Samsung Account.

      If you are a subscriber to the Streaming service, you can get unlimited access to the full music Library on 5 of your devices. Please note that you can stream on only one device at a time. You can also download the music for offline use in all your 5 devices.

    • How can I manage my devices?

      If you are a subscriber to the music streaming service, Cue allows you to use up to 5 different devices with your Samsung Account. To check and manage your connected devices:

      1) Open Samsung Cue and Sign in to your Samsung Account
      2) Open your Account page in the side menu
      3) Select [MANAGE MY DEVICES]

    • How Can I purchase songs, albums, magazines, ringtones, etc..?

      You can buy content on your device using Samsung Cue

      Please sign in first with your Samsung account and select the content that you want to buy.

      Paid (Credit card)
      - Select [Buy] > Select [Credit card] > [Purchase] > Download progress visualized at main menu > Downloaded content will be available at My Library once the download is completed.

      Paid [Phone Billing]
      - Select [Buy] > Select [Phone bill] > [Purchase] > Download progress visualized > Downloaded content will be available at My Library once the download is completed.

      * Please note that phone billing is only available in certain territories.

    • How Can I register promotional gifts and coupons?

      To redeem your Samsung Cue coupons:

      1) Open Samsung Cue and Sign in to your Samsung Account
      2) Open the side menu and select the account settings at the top of the page
      3) Select [Gifts & Coupons].

      4) Select [Register Coupon] and enter the code to register your coupon.

    • Where can I find my promotional gifts and coupons?

      1) Open Samsung Cue and Sign in to your Samsung Account
      2) Open the side menu and select the account settings at the top of the page
      3) Select [Gifts & Coupons] to see what coupons or gifts are available to your account

    • How Can I use a coupon to buy content?

      You can check available coupons in Cue Account Settings > [Gifts & Coupons]. When purchasing content, you can use coupons on the purchase page.
      - Select [Buy] > Select [Coupon] > [Purchase] > Download progress visualized at main menu > Downloaded content will be available at My Library once the download is completed.

      Please note the following when using Coupons:

      - You can use one coupon per purchase.
      - You cannot use a coupon for a discounted item.
      - If a coupon expires, it automatically disappears from your list.
      - If you cancel the payment before downloading the content, the unused coupon will be restored.
      - If you wish to purchase a content of a greater value than the coupon, you can pay the balance with your credit card.
      - The unused balance of a coupon cannot be refunded or put on hold.

    • How Can I re-download the content I purchased with Gift Card?

      You can re-download any content you purchased at no extra cost. However, you might not be able to re-download content if the service is not available because of a change in the Terms of use, or if it has an error.

      In order to re-download purchased content you need to open your purchase history as follows:

      Cue Account Settings > [Purchase History]

    • Adding a credit card will my account be charged?

      When you set up a credit card, Samsung Cue places a minimum authorization hold to confirm your credit card information. However, you will not actually be charged.

    • Where can I view my purchase receipts?

      You can check your purchase receipts in your purchase history:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [Purchase History] click [VIEW]
      3) Select any item to see the transaction details

      A receipt will also be sent to the email address registered on your account when you:

      Start a free Trial offer
      Purchase any content
      Payment for new a subscription or any subsequent renewals

    • How can I change my payment details?

      In case of a purchase transaction, you can choose the desired payment method at the moment of the purchase. If you are subscribed to the streaming service, you can update your payment details:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [MUSIC SUBSCRIPTION] click [MANAGE]
      3) Click [Update Payment details] to change your settings

    • Why am I being charged every month?

      If you are a subscriber to Cue All the MUSIC streaming service, the subscription payment is set up to be automatically made every month.
      Cue may offer free trials or promotional gifts, but at the end of the offer, you continue to be charged every month according to the standard subscription rate. Cue will send you a reminder about the offer expiration date ahead of time so that you can cancel your subscription before the end of the promotion.

    • What are the subscription options available in Cue?

      Cue provides a Music Streaming service that enables customers to enjoy an unlimited access to their favorite music and artists. Here are some of the features that come with the Streaming subscription:

      Unlimited high-quality streaming access to millions of songs
      Save for offline: Download your favorite songs, albums and playlist for offline listening

      Cue has also several subscription options:

      1 Day: 24h unlimited access to the music Library
      1 Week: 7 days unlimited access to the music Library
      1 Month: unlimited access to the music Library for 1 month

    • What’s the status of my subscription?

      To check the status of your subscription:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [MUSIC Subscription] click [MANAGE]
      3) Check your Subscription model

      At this page you can also:

      Manage your subscription renewal options
      Change your payment details
      Check the cost of your subscription and the next billing date
      Check the status of your free trials and promotional offers
      Cancel your subscription

    • How can I cancel my subscription?

      In order to cancel your current subscription or free trial:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [MUSIC Subscription] click [MANAGE]
      3) Select “Cancel Subscription” under your [Your Subscription model]

    • I deleted SAMSUNG Cue but I'm still being charged?

      Uninstalling Samsung Cue application does not cancel your running subscription model. If you wish to stop all payments you should cancel your subscription:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [MUSIC Subscription] click [MANAGE]
      3) Select “Cancel Subscription” under your [Your Subscription model]

    • What kind of free trials and promotional offers does Cue offer?

      Cue frequently runs deals and promotional offers in addition to free trials to enable customers to discover and enjoy their favorite content for free or for a fraction of the regular price.

      You can cancel an offer or a free trial at any time. The offer will still retain its full duration even after cancellation.

    • Why do I need to add my payment details to register for a free trial?

      Although there's no charges for free trials, Samsung Cue will need a valid payment method to activate the free offer. No amount will be deducted during the free period and Cue will notify you before the end of the free trial so you can choose to maintain your subscription or cancel it.

      The initial registration of the payment method is required to process the payment automatically with no additional steps if you decide to switch over to paid subscription.

  • Privacy and Security
    • Why my account has been paused and I cannot stream music?

      If you are a subscriber to Cue Music, you can play unlimited music as long as your subscription is valid and you’re streaming from one device at a time.

      If your account is paused, please check the following:

      Make sure your subscription is active and the last subscription payment was done successfully. Cue will notify you by email if there’s any problem with your payments. You can check your subscription status as follows:
      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [MUSIC Subscription] click [MANAGE]
      3) Check your Subscription model

      Check if you are not playing music in any other device. Cue is licensed for personal use only. So you can only play from one device at a time.

    • Will you use my data to build advertising products or sell it to third parties?

      No. Samsung Cue uses your personal information and data to provide the best user experience and according to Samsung Account Privacy Policy. (https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp)

    • How can I protect my Samsung account?

      Your Samsung account helps manage all your purchases and Music subscriptions on Cue. In order to protect your account, make sure to:

      Not share your password with anyone.
      Your password includes both numbers and capital letters and it’s at least 8 characters in length.
      Update your password on a regular basis.
      Use Fingerprint for an easy and secure authentication.
      Logout from your Samsung account after using someone else’s device.

      We collect various types of information in order to provide the best user experience to our customers including:

    • How can I know if a suspicious email is not From Samsung Cue?

      Samsung Cue will never ask for your personal information by email, especially the following data:

      Payment information (Credit or debit card number, etc.)
      Account Password
      Government-issued ID numbers of any kind

      Cue will never ask you to download anything from our emails.

      Please do not respond to any suspicious email requesting above information and do not click any links or download attachments in the email.

      If you have replied and downloaded any attachment from this kind of emails or provided any personal information, please proceed as follows:

      1) Change your Samsung Account Password
      2) Change the password for any other service where you use the same password
      3) Contact your bank if you think your financial data has been compromised

    • How can I report offensive content or copyright infringement?

      If you think a specific content on Cue is offensive or infringes copyright, you can send us an email on Cue.help@samsung.com specifying the details of you claim.

  • Refund and Cancellation Policies
    • When am I entitled to request a refund?

      Content successfully purchased will not be subject to refund or cancellation from the time that the download is completed. If a content has a material defect, the content file will be replaced, downloaded again or a coupon will be provided for the equivalent purchase value.

      You may request a refund if the purchased content doesn’t match its description or if it has a material defect that is not solved after re-downloading the content.

    • How can I make a refund request?

      You may request a refund only in the following case:

      The purchased content doesn’t match its description
      The content has a material defect even after a re-download

      In order to request a refund, you should report an issue related to the purchase transaction:

      1) Go to your account details page on Samsung Cue app
      2) Under [PURCHASE HISTORY] select [VIEW]
      3) Select the transaction you want to report
      4) Click [Report a problem] at the bottom of the page
      5) Fill in the report form and click submit

      Samsung will contact you if any further information is required to complete the refund. If the refund is approved, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase of the content.

      Samsung may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

    • How do I cancel my subscription plan?

      You can cancel your Samsung Cue music subscription whenever you want. This will revert your account to regular Cue user. So you will still be able to purchase and download content from the media store.

      To cancel your subscription just follow the below steps:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung Cue
      2) Under [MUSIC Subscription] click [MANAGE]
      3) Select “Cancel Subscription” under your [Your Subscription model]

    • If I cancel my Subscription or Free trial, will it last until the end of its period?

      If you choose to cancel your Music subscription or free Trial, your access will remain active until the full month of the subscription is over.

      You can check the remaining time of your subscription by following the below steps:

      1) Go to your Account Page on Samsung CUE
      2) Under [MUSIC Subscription] click [MANAGE]
      3) Check your Subscription model details
