Almond crusted baked salmon with crunchy coleslaw

Salmon can be cooked in many ways, but here’s Karen’s, alias Secret Squirrel, favourite one.
Here's her quick, easy and healthy almond crusted baked salmon recipe:
4 cm thick salmon slices
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup chopped almonds
Mix the chopped almonds, maple syrup, olive oil, orange juice, parsley, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Carefully transfer the almond mixture onto the salmon slices.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a side salad or a coleslaw.
