Chocolate mango cups

Who doesn’t like chocolate? With chef Kunal Kapur, learn how to make a really delicious and simple chocolate-based dessert.


Mango diced - 1 cup
Cream - 1cup
Cream cheese (unsalted) - 120gms
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Chocolate - 2 cup/500gms
Muffin moulds (paper) - few

Step by step

Melt the chocolate in a microwave.
Pour into the mould and empty them immediately so that the chocolate covers the mould.
Allow to set in the refrigerator.
Separately puree mango and sugar together.
Remove and mix with cream and the cheese.
Whisk and refrigerate for half hour.
Now remove the chocolate cups and pour in the mango mixture.
Serve cold.
