Smashed peas and avocado on toast

Karen from Secret Squirrel shows us how to make delicious smashed peas and avocado on toast.

Quick, delicious and healthy, this dish is the perfect nibble or appetizer for a casual dinner with friends!

Ingredients:

½ avocado
1 cup cooked peas
1 tbsp chopped mint
Salt
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp feta
Arabic Bread
¼ squeeze lime



Step by step:

Mix the peas, avocado, feta, mint, lime, salt and maple syrup into a bowl
Cut and toast the bread
Put the avocado mixture on top
Plate and serve!
