Terms & Conditions
• Offer Valid from 18th Dec 2014 till 31st Dec 2014
• Offer valid across Samsung Brand Shops in the UAE only
• For every purchase of Samsung Product, participant will receive 1 raffle ticket to enter in the raffle draw. Only one raffle ticket will be given for each invoice
• Samsung Employees, their distributors/brand shop partners and immediate family members are not eligible to enter the draw
• Offer valid for UAE residents only
• Offer valid for individuals only. Company and corporate buyers are not entitled to enter the draw
• Raffle draw will be conducted on the 8th Jan 2015. 14 Winners will be picked in the draw and the winners will be contacted over phone/e-mail
• Customers need to mention their contact details, invoice number and invoice value on the raffle ticket
• Incomplete raffle tickets will not be considered for prize eligibility. In case any incomplete ticket is picked, Samsung reserves the right to pick a different winner
• The winners will get their value of purchase back in bearer/cash cheques. The maximum cash back value is limited to AED 10,000 (Ten Thousand Dirhams only)
• Winners must submit the original raffle ticket along with the original invoice and a valid ID to claim the prize
• No reissue or reimbursement for any lost or void tickets
• Samsung will not be liable for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with your inability to collect the ticket from the brand shops or if your ticket is lost, forgotten, void due to any other reason
• Samsung reserves the right and absolute discretion to vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms & Conditions
• All disputes are subject to the UAE laws & jurisdiction of Dubai courts
