Sometimes my Galaxy Gear loses its Bluetooth connection. What should I do?

“Bluetooth” is a direct wireless connection between two devices over short distances, however

sometimes interference  can occur between devices. To enshure you get the best performance

from your Galaxy Gear, please find the guide below:

 

If your Galaxy gear is connected to a device located in another room, for example; your

connected Note3 is in another room, if there are obstacles like walls, corners or partitions

between the two connected devices, the effective operating distance may be reduced.

 

  • To minimize this effect keep the distance between your Gear and mobile device as small as possible

    and avoid having anything that could obstruct the Bluetooth signals path.

  • Covering your Gear or connected device can effect its performance.

  • Some devices, especially those that are not tested or approved by the Bluetooth Special Interest

    Group (SIG), may be incompatible with your device.
