Gear S- Cannot recieve call or messages in the Gear when connected to mobile device via bluetooth. Is there a problem?

For enhancement of Gear S usage time, Gear S turn off the modem

when connecting to mobile device via BT.


As a result, Gear S doesn’t receive the call or message on Gear.


If you always want to receive it, please set the “Use mobile networks” option to “Always on”


Tap Settings > Select Connections and Mobile networks > Use mobile network > Select “Always on”

 Use mobile networks option will always be turned on.


 Please note this will increase battery consumption
