Sidesync 3.0 sometimes disconnect by itself automatically when PC goes to sleep mode. Is my mobile phone faulty? What can I do?

Your device is not faulty. Please be advised that the connection between your PC

and mobile phone can be affected by the current status of the devices being used.  

When the PC goes into the sleep mode (or power saving mode) and back to normal

mode, sometimes the connection might be lost.

 

In this case, please either:

 

 

1.Disconnect and connect the cable being used to connect  your mobile device to the PC.
 
        reconnect  
 
 
2. or double-click the Sidesync icon on PC system tray.
