The app does not connect to my new Wireless Audio 360, what can I do?

There is a simple way you can check as following: please make sure that your Wi-Fi router is powered on and connect your smartphone or tablet to the Wi-Fi network.


Run the Samsung Multiroom app and enter 'Settings' of the App and select 'Add Speaker'.
