Samsung’s introduces New Twin Cooling Plus™ TMF Refrigerator
Secure moisture levels and maximise your fridge’s space with Samsung’s new Twin Cooling Plus™ technology
Kenya, Nairobi, April 5th, 2016 – Samsung Electronics East Africa Ltd., today launched its new Twin Cooling PlusTM top-mounted freezer (TMF) refrigerator. The twin cooling refrigerator is uniquely designed to enhance modern living and deliver a more comfortable home.
Samsung becomes the first manufacturer to bring its unique Twin Cooling PlusTM technology to the TMF category. This technology ensures that the right temperature and humidity level up to 70% is maintained throughout the fridge, so no matter where food is stored it stays fresh.
Speaking during the launch Samsung Home Appliances Manager Mr. Ronald Arao said “Many consumers have dreamed of owning a spacious refrigerator which keeps food fresher longer, so their weekly grocery shopping goes further. Even with power outages, the technology will still keep food fresh for 12 hours thanks to the cooling pack”
The Twin Cooling Plus™ is an independent cooling system, with separate airflows in both the fridge and freezer. This prevents unpleasant smells from foods moving between the fridge and freezer, ensuring the original flavor of ingredients stored in the freezer is perfectly preserved and odourless.
In households today, it is a common disappointment to reach into the refrigerator only to find the fruit or vegetables have lost their natural moisture even when kept in the vegetable drawer.
With the purchase of the Samsung Twin Cooling refrigerators, customers can now experience optimum moisture freshness throughout. This as fruits and vegetables lose their natural moisture in low humidity conditions with the surface becoming dry and wrinkled, and obviously no longer fresh.
In addition the new Twin Cooling TMF also comes with the Digital Inverter Technology. This technology automatically adjusts the compressor speed to suit the cooling demand and consumers can enjoy the 10-year warranty that comes with it.
Samsung’s new fridge also comes equipped with Smart Conversion. The feature has five possible conversion modes including, Freezer-Fridge, Energy Saving, Vacation, Fridge Max, and Mini mode. The independent cooling system allows the consumer to turn the freezer into a fridge when required. Or just turn off the fridge compartment when leaving home for a long vacation.
The new Samsung Twin Cooling PlusTM TMF refrigerator is available in leading stores countrywide.
