After upgrading to Android 5.0 Lollipop, my Samsung Gear device is not working well or as before. How do I fix this ?

Your devices are not faulty.

 

In Android 5.0 Lollipop, many system features are updated, and because of this many

applications are needed to be updated, too.

Samsung has released a new Gear manager and Gear Fit manager to optimize for Android 5.0 Lollipop.

So after upgrading your mobile Android 5.0 Lollipop, please upgrade “Samsung Gear Manager”

or “Samsung Gear Fit Manager” on your mobile phone through Samsung Galaxy Apps.
