Why does Sync/backup keep failing?

Try the following:

- Check your Wi-Fi connection again. Network settings can be set to sync data only when Wi-Fi is connected. You can change your network settings in the Settings menu of each application or via the Samsung Cloud Settings menu.
- Check your Cloud usage. Sync/backup will fail if there is not enough storage space in your Samsung Cloud account.
- Check your battery. Sync/backup will fail you have less than 10% battery power.
