Do sync and back up/restore only work via Wi-Fi?

You can set your device to back up or sync your data via Wi-Fi only or via Wi-Fi/your mobile connection (3G, LTE).

You can change your network settings in the Settings menu of each application, or in the Samsung Cloud Settings menu.

Back up and Sync settings can be changed separately. Please note that syncing or backing up using mobile data can incur additional charges.
