How to use the audio dubbing feature

Not all camcorders have the function that is necessary to directly dub audio. Therefore, you may have to use editing software.

 

[Solution]

To edit or dub sound, you have to use a Power director on the PC as follows:

  1. Open your video clips and move the one you want to edit or dub onto the editing tool bar.

  1. Click the right mouse button to separate sound from the video clip.

  1. Paste a music file you choose right under the separated video clip onto the editing tool bar to set it as background music.

    If you want to insert music from outside devices other than the PC into the separated video clip, please refer to the followings:

    Power director screen  

  1. Select “AUX” on the Audio option of your PC, connect camcorder’s audio cable to the audio terminal on the PC.
  2. On Audio edit option screen, execute the function of recording audio source from outside device other than your PC with the separated video at the same time.
