When I tried to access the Internet via Internet Connector, an OS error message shows up as below. When I fail to access the Internet, what do I need to do?

When ‘Connection failed’ error displays, please follow the steps below.

 

1) When setting the Internet, check if the selected ISP (Internet Service Provider) information matches your actual ISP.

2) If not, select the actual ISP.

3) If the error occurs even if selected ISP matches the actual ISP, update NPS or download the latest version .

4) Reinstall it and try the Internet access again.
