How Do I Clean My DLP TV?

Last Update date : 2011.01.16

Because of the Anti-Glare Coating on DLP's, you should not use any harsh chemicals to clean the TV.  Spray a small amount of non abrasive cleanser on a lint free cloth, (not directly on the television) and gently wipe the surface.

Cleansers with any of the following agents are OK to use.

Vinegar (mixed with water)

Isopropyl Alcohol

Petroleum Benzene

Do Not Use Cleaners That Contain Any Of The Following Agents

Ethyl Alcohol

Ethyl Acid

Methyl Chloride

Important: Do not spray any liquids on the DLP screen directly. Always apply the solution to your cloth first, not directly to the parts you are cleaning.
