Basic Warranty Information

12 Month Manufacturer Warranty supplied as standard
Warranty runs from Date of Purchase
Your Samsung Warranty covers the cost of repair including parts and labour in the event of a manufacturing fault appearing with your unit

Your warranty cover excludes faults arising from incorrect or negligent repairs or installation by a non authorised engineer, faults caused through the use of 3rd party , refill toner / ink cartridges or any "Acts of God" ie: lightening etc.
Your warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights

Samsung warranty support is provided with either a Carry -In repair or an On Site Repair, this is model and specification dependant. Carry in and Onsite warranties carry Next Business Day visit as standard for all calls booked before 3pm Monday-Thursday.

Carry In Repairs

All warranty repairs will be inspected by a service consultant. The service provider will attempt repair the unit immediately. Should the unit be irreparable , the service agent will retain the printer. The printer will then be repaired or replaced within 10 workings days. Should the repair time exceed this period , a replacement printer will be provided.

Onsite Service

Once troubleshooting has been performed by our Service Support Team and a Technician visit deemed necessary, a service request will be booked with one of our approved network of Service Technicians. Our Technician will attend and diagnose the fault with the product. Our Technicians carry a wide range of spare parts with them which enables us to complete 95% of repairs on the first visit. If however, the repair is not completed within the first visit, the product will be repaired within 3 working days unless otherwise specified by the Technician.

Dead on Arrival Products -Policy

Samsung allows 28 days after product installation to request a Dead on Arrival Return
End user customers should contact their Supplier to report the fault. The Supplier should then contact the Service Support Team to report the fault. If based on the technical information provided a fault is confirmed an authorisation number will be supplied and the product will be replaced.
