I'm worried that the robot will make contact with furniture or a wall while operating.

The cleaning robot is specially designed to minimize damage due to collision.
The optical sensor has a habit of not detecting the dark colors of walls or furniture. This is why it is advisable to install the VIRTUAL GUARD beforehand.

It often bumps into objects.

The cleaning robot is equipped with obstacle sensors that reduce blind spots and help clean thoroughly around furniture legs that until recently were impossible to clean.
Move obstacles away and install the VIRTUAL GUARD before starting cleaning. That is smart cleaning!

I'm afraid the suction force seems weak.

Unlike ordinary vacuum cleaners, the cleaning robot sweeps and collects the dust into the dust bin in a suction force that is optimized for home use only.
If you want to clean more powerfully, try Turbo mode.

It cannot cross over a door sill.

The cleaning robot may not cross over certain shapes of door sills.
It crosses over door sills with a stair shape but cannot do so on a linear door sill, which will be recognized as an obstacle.

It enters anywhere.

Install the VIRTUAL GUARD in places you don't want to clean. The robot will only clean the other places.
The cleaning robot is designed to clean the entire house, and enters all rooms and bathrooms where the door sills are less than 5cm.

Dust is not entirely removed.

The cleaning robot is optimized for a normal suction level.
If you notice areas or sites with dust remaining, they probably have more accumulated dust than the average.
If this is the case, switch to Dust Sensor or Max Cleaning mode and try again.

It seems to spill out dust.

If the dust bin is full or has accumulated impurities, the cleaning performance will be drastically reduced, resulting in dust remaining.
Empty the dust bin. Separate the filter, and remove the impurities.

How does power saving mode work?

The cleaning robot supports power saving mode to minimize the battery discharging over time.
If no key is pressed for approximately 1 minute after turning the power on, the power is automatically cut to prevent the battery discharging.
To turn the power on again, press and hold the Start/Stop button on the main body.

It fails to return to the charger.

The cleaning robot is designed to remember the location of the charging station only from where it started off.
If the station is installed in a corner, the robot may not locate the station.

Alarm Code C00 : Move the cleaning robot to a different site.

The round-shaped design of the cleaning robot may cause it to be stuck somewhere while operating.
If this is the case, turn off the power switch and move the robot to a different site to reset it.

Alarm Code C01 : Clean the power brush regularly.

If the power brush has accumulated impurities, this will cause an abrupt noise or stop the robot from sucking in dust.
As the robot sweeps up and draws in dust from the floor, it may have long thin threads or hair tangled inside.
So it is advisable to clean or remove any impurities from the brush on a regular basis using a cleaning brush or an ordinary vacuum cleaner

Alarm Code C02 : Check the left driving wheel.

If the cleaning robot stops moving straight for no particular reason and keeps tilting to the left while operating in its normal 'ZigZag' shaped cleaning path, this may happen because objects are stuck in the left driving wheel.
If you find objects stuck in the wheel, use a long thin stick or a pair of pincers to remove them.

Alarm Code C03 : Check the left driving wheel.

Alarm Code C05 : If the robot bumps into something, just turn it off and turn it back on again.

If alarm code C05 is triggered while you are operating the robot, turn the power switch off and turn it back on. Then try again. If the problem persists, contact the customer care center where you bought the product.

Alarm Code C06 : Clean the obstacle sensor doors located on three sides of the main unit (front/rear, and left).

If you notice that the cleaning robot fails to dodge objects and constantly bumps into objects, this is because of contaminated sensor doors. Clean them and try again.
The robot also recognizes a chair or table with lower legs as a door sill and tries to cross over it. Therefore, move it away before starting cleaning.

Alarm Code C07 : Clean the cliff sensors at the bottom of the main unit.

If you notice the robot moving backward and triggering alarm code C07 in a safe area where no crash is likely to happen, this is because the cliff sensor doors are contaminated.
Turn off the power switch and use a soft cloth or cotton swab to wipe the sensor doors. Be careful not to scratch them.

Alarm code C08 : Check both the dust bin and the filter to see if they are assembled properly.

Alarm code C08 will be triggered if you insert the dust bin into the main unit without assembling the filter, or if the black protruding part of the dust bin is damaged.

Alarm Code C09 : Clean the side brush.

As the side brush sweeps up dust in contact with the floor, it will naturally accumulate impurities over time. Check and clean it regularly.
If an object is inserted between the side brush and the main unit, use a flat-head screwdriver to widen the gap and remove the object.

Empty the dust bin and clean the filter.

A full dust bin or contaminated filter may cause increased noise or decrease the suction force. That's why it is advisable to clean them regularly.

How to install the station

Install the station in an open area that the cleaning robot can locate with ease.
If you hear a driving noise from the robot or notice it driving diagonally, reinstall the station in the same direction as the texture of the wood floor.
