    Yes, you will be eligible to receive a Cashback.
  11. Must I pay for the product in full to be eligible?
    Yes.
  12. What if I buy the Air Conditioner model from a wholesaler?
    No, you will not be eligible for a Cashback.
  13. What if I’ve lost my original receipt?
    You will need to provide your original purchase receipt to be eligible for the Cash Back. This will be returned to you when you receive your Cashback cheque. If you misplace your original receipt, contact your retailer who may be able to help provide you with another copy. Please note: duplicate receipts will be detected.
  14. How many times can I enter and receive the Cashback?
    Offer is limited to a maximum of 1 claim per claimant.
  15. How do I claim my Cashback?
    Consumers must visit samsung.com.au/promotions and enter their details via the Online Claim Form. They must then print out the 'Registration Complete' page/email which states confirmation of entry as well as their unique customer number, attach their original purchase receipt, and send together to Samsung Air Conditioner Cash Back Promotion, PO BOX 115, Brookvale, NSW, 2100.
  16. When does the Promoter need to receive my receipt by?
    Your original purchase receipt needs to be received by the Promoter no later than 5pm EST 28 September 2009.
  17. What if my claim gets lost / delayed in the mail?
    Samsung takes no responsibility for lost / delayed entries and it is the claimant’s responsibility to ensure that their claim arrives within the time period. We recommend sending your claim via registered post.
  18. How will I receive the Cashback?
    By cheque, in Australian Dollars.
  19. When will I receive the Cashback?
    Within 90 days of confirmation of a valid claim.
  20. What date do I have to complete my online registration by?
    You must complete your online registration no later than 5pm EST 14 September 2009.
  21. What happens with my personal information after I claim?
    The promoter collects information and can use it at their discretion. It is the claimant’s responsibility to opt out if they do not wish for their information to be used.
  22. Who will have access to my information?
    For the purpose of the promotion agencies, contractors and participating retailers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
  23. Can I claim on behalf of someone else?
    No.
  24. If I return the product for an exchange or refund will I have to return the Cashback?
    Yes.
  25. Can I receive cash?
    No.
  26. Can I receive the Cashback by discount on my sale at the store?
    No, as the Cashback is offered via Samsung, not the retailer.
