    If you buy a participating Samsung 'Home Theatre' model you will receive $100 Cash Back.
  2. When does the promotion start?

  4. What models are included?
    HT-BD2T/XSA, HT-BD2ET/XSA, HT-X810/XSA & HT-X715/XSA.
  5. Is this offer valid with other promotions?
    No.
  6. Do I have to be an Australian citizen to enter?
    Yes.
  7. Must I be 18 to enter?
    Yes.
  8. Which stores are participating?
    Harvey Norman, Narta Group, Retravision, BSR Group, Myer, DSE Group, Muirs (Good Guys).
  9. What if I buy the Home Theatre model from an online bidding company?
    No, you will not be eligible for the Cash Back.
  10. What if I buy the Home Theatre model from a participating store during a sale?
    Yes, you will be eligible to receive the Cash Back.
  11. Must I pay for the product in full to be eligible?
    Yes.
  12. What if I buy the Home Theatre model from an auction?
    No, you will not be eligible for the Cash Back.
  13. What if I buy the Home Theatre model from a wholesaler?
    No, you will not be eligible for the Cash Back.
  14. What if I've lost my original receipt?
    You will need to provide your original purchase receipt to be eligible for the Cash Back.
  15. How many times can I enter and receive the Cash Back?
    Offer is limited to a maximum of 1 claim per claimant.
  16. How do I claim my cash back?
    Consumers must visit samsung.com.au/promotions and enter their details via the Online Claim Form. They must then print out the official Online Claim Form and attach their original purchase receipt, and send together to Samsung Home Theatre Cash back Promotion, PO BOX 223, Brookvale, NSW, 2100.
  17. What if my claim gets lost / delayed in the mail?
    Samsung takes no responsibility for lost / delayed entries and it is the claimants responsibility to ensure that their claim arrives within the time period.
  18. How will I receive the Cash Back?
    By cheque, in Australian Dollars.
  19. When will I receive the Cash Back?
    Within 90 days of confirmation of a valid claim, subject to clause 14 of the Terms and Conditions.
  20. What happens with my personal information after I claim?
    The promoter collects information and can use it at their discretion. It is the claimants responsibility to opt out if they do not wish for their information to be used.
  21. Who will have access to my information?
    For the purpose of the promotion agencies, contractors and participating retailers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
  22. Can I claim on behalf of someone else?
    No.
  23. If I return the product for an exchange or refund will I have to return the Cash Back?
    Yes.
  24. Can I receive cash?
    No.
  25. Can I receive the $100 by discount on my sale at the store?
    No, as the cash back is offered via Samsung, not the retailer.
