Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is only open to Australian residents who are purchasing the eligible products for private domestic use. Purchases by, or on behalf of, businesses and other organisations will be ineligible.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 that can access the internet. The Cash Back redemption process as outlined in Point 9 below is the sole method of entry.
Offer commences 1 December 2008 and closes at 5pm EST on 28 February 2009 ("Offer Period"). All claims must be fully completed and received by the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of date of purchase and no later than 5pm EST on 14 March 2009. No claims received after 5pm EST 14 March 2009 will be considered.
A "Home Theatre" means any one (1) of the following Samsung Home Theatres: (a) HT-BD2T/XSA, (b) HT-BD2ET/XSA, (c) HT-X810/XSA (d). HT-X715/XSA.
To be eligible to claim the Cash Back, consumers must purchase a Selected Home Theatre model during the Offer Period from one of the following participating Australian retailers:

Muirs (Good Guys)
This offer excludes Home Theatre models purchased through any discount online, online bidding or auction websites.
Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt for claim as proof of purchase. The original purchase receipt must be received by the Promoter within 28 days of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for the claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a claimant's claim and forfeiture of any right to an offer. Purchase receipt must clearly show full payment and specify the store name and date of purchase and that the initial Selected Model purchase was made during the Offer Period.
Offer is limited to a maximum of one (1) claim per claimant. (A "claimant" is defined as the person or entity named on the purchase receipt or the person making payment). Claims must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
To claim, consumers must visit samsung.com.au/promotions. and enter their details via the Online Claim Form. They must then print out the official Online Claim Form and attach their original purchase receipt, and send together in a stamped envelope to: Samsung Home Theatre Cashback Promotion

The Promoter will not fulfill any claim where the claim form is incomplete. This includes any claim form which a retailer completes on behalf of a customer. Any costs incurred by the customer associated with claiming the Cash Back amount including accessing the Samsung website, telephone enquiries in relation to the Cash Back offer and mailing the claim form are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Promoter will not accept any liability for any claims that are lost or illegible. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Cash Back offer amount is paid by way of cheque in Australian Dollars. Subject to clause 14 below, payment will be made within 90 days following confirmation of a valid claim. The Cash Back offer amount is not transferable or exchangeable by the customer.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agencies, contractors and participating retailers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter or nominated agent. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any customer who receives the Cash Back amount and subsequently returns or exchanges the product shall be required to refund the Cash Back amount to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify if the products have been returned to the participating stores by contacting the stores directly. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations upon the Promoter which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extend. These conditions must be read subject to those statutory provisions and will not affect any statutory rights that a consumer may have in relation to the return of products.
Liability for any GST in relation to the Cash Back amount provided to customers will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the promotion.
