Samsung Electronics Australia Grows its Partner and Solutions Teams for Enterprise & Small Medium Businesson Jan 31, 2013
SYDNEY, Australia – January 31, 2013 – Samsung Electronics Australia today announced that it has made several new appointments in its Partner Business Group and Solutions Group further strengthening its Enterprise and Small & Medium Business Division.
Natasha Datos has been appointed Manager, Partner Business Group and Lee Williams has joined Samsung Electronics Australia as Manager, Enterprise Solutions Group, increasing the Enterprise & SMB team to 38 in Australia. The Partner Business Group is responsible for fostering and managing relationships with Samsung Alliance Partners and Channel Partners. The Solutions Group is a team of Solution Architects and Pre-Sales Engineers who work closely with clients, alliance and channel partners to develop solutions to real world business problems.

Natasha Datos: Manager, Partner Business Group
Natasha is responsible for driving Samsung’s Partner Program, Strategy and Alliances. Natasha has over 15 years’ experience in the ICT industry and a strong background in developing and driving partner programs. Prior to joining Samsung, Natasha was the National Sales Manager, Software Services with Dimension Data and has also worked with Microsoft, Cisco, Nortel Networks and Bay Networks.
Jonathan Lloyd: Strategic Alliance Manager, Partner Business Group
Jonathan is responsible for developing Samsung’s Enterprise Alliance Partner strategy and model. He is primarily focused on identifying & driving engagement with key alliances across sales, marketing, product and strategic direction. He has over 20 years’ of ICT experience and was previously with Gen-i Australia and has led strategy and operations with alliance partners including Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, VMware and EMC.
Chris Land: Partner Manager, VIC/TAS/SA
Chris is responsible for managing partner relationships for Samsung Enterprise in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. He has over 15 years’ experience in the IT & Telco industry with a strong background in business consulting & enterprise sales. Prior to joining Samsung, Chris was a Senior Account Manager at Dimension Data and has also worked at Telstra Corporation and General Electric IT Services (formerly Ferntree Corporation).
Paul Hutchings: Partner Manager, NSW/ACT
Paul is responsible for managing partner relationships in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. He has over 12 years’ experience in IT managing top tier enterprise partners. Prior to joining Samsung, Paul was the Public Sector Marketing Manager at Dell and also worked in Microsoft.

Lee Williams: Manager, Enterprise Solutions Group
Lee is responsible for developing holistic solutions for Samsung enterprise clients, combining the strengths of Samsung’s enterprise portfolio together with partner solutions to deliver tangible business benefits. Lee’s expertise includes the identification, architecture development and implementation of mobility solutions to help businesses connect their information, systems and people together seamlessly. Prior to joining Samsung, Lee worked for Gen-i in a number of mobility roles ranging from technical consulting, product management, sales and strategy.
Gerard Kennedy: Solutions Architect
Gerard will utilise his strong skills in consulting and his extensive knowledge of enterprise IT architecture to assist Samsung clients to create innovative solutions that will minimise costs, increase efficiency and achieve competitive advantage. In Gerard’s 17 year IT career, he has held various roles including pre-sales consulting, project management and IT infrastructure management for integrators, vendors and as a customer. Prior to joining Samsung, Gerard worked at nSynergy and Dimension Data in technical and business roles.
Brett Inman: Pre-Sales Engineer
Brett’s focus and hands on skills will bring Samsung Enterprise and alliance partner software solutions to life. Brett will support demonstrations and trials across Enterprise Mobility, Security, Mobile Device Management, Unified Communications and Virtualisation. Prior to joining Samsung, Brett worked in Nokia where he held a number of product and technical roles over the past 12 years. Prior to Nokia, Brett held several roles within the IT sector.
