ABRIDGED TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. Offer commences at 9:00 am AEDST on 18.02.2011 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDST on 30.06.2011, or such earlier time for each respective participating product as follows: (a) as the total sales of tier 1 participating products equals the number of tier 1 bonus gifts available (being 1,150); and (b) as the total sales of tier 2 participating products equals the number of tier 2 bonus gifts available (being 2,700), as shown by the promoter's website counter. All claims must be registered with the Promoter within 14 days of purchase, and prior to 11:59 pm AEDST on 14.07.2011.
  2. Customers must purchase a participating product from a participating retailer to be eligible to claim the respective bonus gifts. Customers must also comply with the claim process including payment of an administration fee (for postage and handling) of $31.00 for tier 1 bonus gifts and $35.00 for tier 2 bonus gifts, for the delivery of the bonus gifts. Payment of the administration fee can be made with a valid Australian MasterCard or Visa Credit Card, by cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  3. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years or older, who have a valid Australian MasterCard or Visa Card.
  4. To claim, customers must visit www.samsung.com.au/promotions and enter their details via the online claim form. They must then mail their original purchase receipt in a stamped envelope no later than last mail received on 01.08.2011 to:
