How do I claim my cashback?
Consumers must visit samsung.com/au/promotions and enter their details via the online registration form within 14 days of purchase
and prior to 5pm AEST on 14th September 2010. They must then send their original purchase receipt, along with their claim number, in a stamped envelope to 'Samsung
Air Con Cashback Promotion, PO Box 634, Petersham NSW 2049' for validation.
When does the Promoter need to receive my receipt by?
All purchase receipts must be received by the Promoter by 5pm AEST 28th September 2010.
What if my claim gets lost / delayed in the mail?
Samsung takes no responsibility for lost / delayed entries and it is the claimant's responsibility to ensure that their claim arrives within the time period.
How will I receive my cashback?
Dispatched via Australia Post - receipted delivery.
When will I receive my cashback?
Within 90 days of confirmation of a valid claim.
What date do I have to complete my online registration by?
You must complete the online registration form within 14 days of purchase and prior to 5pm AEST 14 September 2010.
Do I have to provide the product Serial Number?
Yes. No claim will be verified without a valid serial number.
How do I locate and identify the Serial Number?
The serial number is a 14-15 digit string of letters and numbers located on the side if the indoor unit. If you cannot find this, please call our hotline on 1800 077 571 and we
can advise further action.

You may write the claim no. on the top right corner of the receipt and post it.
What happens with my personal information after I claim?
The promoter collects information and can use it at their discretion. It is the claimant's responsibility to opt out if they do not wish for their information to be used.
Who will have access to my information?
For the purpose of the promotion agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
Can I claim on behalf of someone else?

If I return the product for an exchange or refund will I have to return the cashback?
Yes.
