Samsung is dedicated to providing accessible product support to all our customers, including those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, Samsung Service is now available in Auslan to assist you with your enquiries; this is available through Skype. If you don’t have Skype, please download it from

Operating Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm AEST.

How to add our Auslan Service to Skype

You may follow the steps below to create your Skype account and set up a video chat with us:

1. Launch Skype - Create an account and log-in (click here for instructions on how to create an account).

2. Using the Search Function, search for: Auslan Samsung AU

Our Skype ID is: Auslan.SamsungAU


Option A:
Click on “Add Contacts” to add Auslan.SamsungAU to your contacts list.

If you click “Add Contacts” the below message will appear - click on “Send”.


Option B: Click on the “video” icon to Video Call the service.
