The Premium In-Home Service applies to metropolitan areas of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, and
the Northern Territory. If you reside in country areas please call Samsung Customer Care on
1300 362 603 (Mon-Sun, 8am to 8pm AEST).
