Why isn't my Mobile device charging?

My mobile device is not charging. What should i do?

If your mobile phone is not charging, you may do the following troubleshooting steps:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please view our "Important Notice" in regards to charging your mobile device.

1 Examine the charging port area on your mobile device to ensure there are no foreign objects blocking the charging cable being inserted comfortably into the port.
2 Make sure to connect the charger to a known working power point.
3 If you have a spare charger which works without any issues, test it with your device to identify if the issue is with your mobile device or with the charger.
4 If the issue persists, kindly contact Samsung for further assistance.
