Samsung's Premium In-Home Service

Samsung is pleased to communicate to our valued customers and partners that a Premium In-Home Service is available in relation to the following product categories:

- Televisions over 40"
- All refrigerators
- All Washing Machines

Our Field Engineers will come to your home to assess your eligible Samsung products within 24 to 48 hours of booking, or at a time that's suitable to you.

The Premium In-Home Service applies to metropolitan areas of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. If you reside in country areas please call Samsung Customer Care on 1300 362 603.

Based on their assessment, our Field Engineers can provide one of the following two solutions:

- If the Field Engineer finds that the product is not faulty during assessment, the Engineer will provide technical advice and educate the customer on the use of the product and explain how the problem can be resolved.
- If there is a minor fault it may be repaired by the Field Engineer on site, and ensure the products are operational to manufacturer's specifications.
