I cannot make or receive phone calls

If you cannot make or receive any phone calls, follow the steps below: 

 

● Ensure that the number is not in the Auto-Reject list.                                              

 

Power on your device in Safe Mode to check if the issue persists.                             

 

Disable any applications installed on the device that has features for blocking    

or rejecting calls.                                                                                                  

 

Check with your Network Service Provider if there are any services that may  

cause blocking/auto-rejection of calls.                                                            

 

Flight Mode is used to restrict all network connections to your Samsung Device to

avoid any interference with sensitive equipment. If Flight Mode has been activated

you will not be able to receive or make phone calls, send or receive messages or     

from use mobile data.                                                                                        

 

If you are experiencing issues with a specific contact, try a different contact.         

 

Check the network coverage. If your device is not receiving a strong enough         

signal you may not be able to make or receive calls. Contact your Network         

Service Provider to ensure service is available in the area.                                 

 

Power off your device, and then remove the SIM card. After 1 minute Re-insert

the SIM card and power on your device. Ensure the SIM card is clean and

has not been scratched or damaged.                                                             

                              

Your Network Service Provider can provide a replacement SIM card if required.

 

Perform a Factory Data Reset.
