A 'Not enough memory to download application' error message is displayed on Smart TV

This message appears when the Smart Hub memory is full and can be resolved by freeing up some memory. You may need to delete some Apps you no longer need.

 

To remove an Application(s) in your Smart TV, follow these steps:

 

1. Launch SMART Hub.

2. Using the navigational keys on your remote, please highlight the Application which you want to delete.

3. Press the Tools button on the remote control, when the Application is highlighted. Move down to select Delete and then press Enter.

NOTE: If you do not see the Delete option in the Tools menu, the App you have highlighted cannot be deleted.

**After removing some of the applications, you can now begin downloading new ones.
