There are missing segments in the LED display

If there are missing segments in the LED display of your French-door refrigerator, perform a power cycle on the unit by following these simple steps:


Step 1: Unplug the machine from the power point.


Step 2: Wait for 1 minute.


Step 3: Plug the machine back into the power point.


Step 4: If the issue persists, unit may require service. Check the warranty and inquire about the service booking procedure for the unit by calling Samsung Customer Care (number given at the bottom).




● If there is no display, check if the control panel has not been used for a few minutes. Some models have an energy saving feature which turns the display OFF after a few minutes of inactivity.

● If the display is blinking, this may be caused by the temperature inside the unit going above the warmest available setting. 
        ● Ensure that the doors have not been left open for an extended period of time. 
        ● Ensure that the doors are free of any obstructions. 
        ● Ensure that the doors are completely closed. Leave the unit to cool down for 12 hours.
