Colours are blurred in the corners of the screen

When colours are blurred in the corners of the screen of your LED TV, please do the following:


Step 1:  Verify if the issue is intermittent. If the issue occurs only on some channels or when using a specific source, the issue is not with the TV but with the source. If the issue is not intermittent, proceed to the next step.


Step 2:  Perform a Picture Test. Go to Menu → Support Self-Diagnosis Picture Test. If the test image looks blurred in the corners, proceed to the next step.


Step 3:  Perform Picture Reset. Go to Menu Picture Reset Picture. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.


Step 4:  Perform a full TV reset. Go to Menu Support Self-Diagnosis Reset. The TV reset will restore most of your settings to factory default except for the network settings.


Note: The default PIN of the TV is 0000. You may change the PIN, however, the TV should be booked for service to reset the PIN in case it is forgotten.
