SE or 5E error on your washing machine and no response to any buttons being pressed

SE or 5E errors refers to draining issues such as a clog in your washing machine. To troubleshoot this issue on your washing machine please follow the instructions as below:

 

Step 1: Turn off the machine.


Step 2: Unplug the machine from the power point.


Step 3: Wait for about a minute.


Step 4: Clean the filter.

 

Step 5: Plug the machine back into the power outlet.

 

Step 6: Select the Spin Only cycle.

 

Step 7: Press the Start/Pause to drain the water.
