Why isn't my device powering on?

Please check to see if any of the methods below resolve the issue:

 

● Check to see if the battery has been completely discharged. If the device has no battery, it will not turn power on.

 

If the device has not been used for a long period of time, please charge the device before trying to power it on. 

If the device has been sufficiently charged, but the device still won't power on, press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for 7 seconds. This will force restart your device.

 

If you are still unable to power on your device after actioning the steps above, please kindly contact Samsung for further assistance.
