Gear Fit2: Connection is dropping to my mobile device

Follow the steps below when the Bluetooth connection between the Gear Fit2 and your mobile device is disconnecting.


Ensure that Bluetooth has been enabled on both devices.


Ensure there are no obstacles, such as walls or electrical equipment between the devices.


Ensure that the latest version of the Samsung Gear app has been installed.


● Ensure that the Gear and the other Bluetooth device are within the Bluetooth connection range (10m). The distance may vary depending on the environment the devices are used in.


Restart both devices and launch the Samsung Gear app on the mobile device again.

 

● Perform a Factory Data Reset on your Gear Fit2.
