Gear Fit2: How to use the Exercise feature

With the Exercise feature, you can record your exercise information, such as steps and calories burned.


Step 1: Press the Power button to open the Apps menu.

Step 2: Tap Exercise. 



Step 3: Tap Activity type and select the type of exercise you wish to be monitored.

Step 4: For types of exercises, view the instructions on the screen, and then tap OK.

Step 5: Tap Target and select a target type. 



Step 6: You can select Basic workout if you wish to exercise without a target.

Step 7: Tap < or > to adjust the desired target, and then tap on the Tick icon. 



Step 8: According to the type of exercise, you may enable the option of, Location, Intensity, or Guide at intervals.



Step 9: Tap Start and begin the exercise. 



Step 10: You can view exercise information, such as calories burned and current speed. To do so, swipe across the screen to the left or to the right. 



Step 11: When you have finished your exercise, press the Back key and tap Finish. 



To view the exercise information, swipe upwards or downwards on the screen after finishing the exercise.
