Gear IconX: Bluetooth disconnection when using Gear IconX paired with Mobile phone

If you experience Bluetooth disconnection, refer to the following tips: 

●  Ensure that there are no obstacles such as walls or electrical equipment between the devices.
●  Ensure that the latest version of the Samsung Gear app is installed on the mobile device.
●  Ensure that the earbud and the Bluetooth device are within the Bluetooth connection range (5m).
●  Restart the mobile device and re-launch the Samsung Gear app.


●  If necessary, update the Samsung Gear app to the latest version.
●  Bluetooth connection range may vary depending on the environment where the devices are being used.
