Galaxy S8: My device is not responding. What should i do?

If your device freezes or is not responding, press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for 7 seconds. This will force restart your device.

If the issue persists, 

Determine if the issue is due to Apps: The installation of an App may have caused your device to run abnormally. It is recommended you restart your device in Safe Mode to determine if it is due to an App.

Ensure that your device is running the latest Android OS Version.

Perform a Factory Data Reset
