How to set up your Galaxy Tab S3

 

Step 1: Tap Start.

Step 2: Toggle the switch to enable Wi-Fi and then tap on Next to proceed.

Note: It is recommended to be connected to the Internet whilst setting up your device.

Step 3: Tap on Agree to all and then Next.

Step 4: Enter in your Google account details into the prescribed field as shown below and then tap Next.

Enter the password to your Google account and then tap on Next.

Step 5: Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy notice. Tap on Accept to proceed.

Step 6: Toggle the switches of which Google services you wish to enable/disable on your Galaxy Tab S3,

and then tap on Next.

Step 7: If you have backed up any of your previous devices to your Google account, you may choose to restore,

or to start fresh. Select one of the following to proceed with the set up of your device.

Step 8: Select if you wish to set up a security lock. Tap on Skip if you do not wish to set up a security lock.

Note: You can always create a security lock at a later time when you wish to do so.

Step 9: Enter in your Samsung account details into the prescribed field and then tap Sign In.

Step 10: If you already have data from other devices backed up to your Samsung account, you can restore it

to your Galaxy Tab S3. Select the data you wish to restore or tap on Later to skip the process.

Step 11: You may select to enable Secure Folder or change the Screen layout.

You can also enable the Weather widget if you wish to do so. Tap on Finish once you have finalised your preferences.

Step 12: Your Galaxy Tab S3 has been successfully setup and is ready for use.
