 I cannot hear anything during a phone call   

 

Check the following scenarios to make sure that the audio is working fine:

 

● Set the volume to the maximum setting by pressing the volume up button on your device to raise the volume level. 


● Restart your phone. Power off the device, wait for few seconds, then turn it back on.


● Call another number. Call a different mobile number and try using both the loudspeaker and the receiver. If the audio is working as expected, there may be an issue with the call receivers device. 


● Play an audio file. Check if you can play a music file from the device. 

 

Confirm with the network provider that your current location is in the network coverage area and the network is not experiencing any outages.

 

● Perform a Factory Data Reset.
