I am receiving an error message when installing the initial toner

If you receive an error message regarding your toner, please remove toner and observe for any signs of visible damage to the contact areas. If free of damage, please unplug your printer from the wall for 15 minutes allowing a power cycle, then replace the toner.

 

If the issue persists, please contact Samsung Customer Care using one of the options below.
