This Warranty covers the following Samsung Monitors and Displays used for commercial sites such as shopping centres, offices, airports, schools etc ("Samsung Commercial Products") for the periods noted in the table below:

This Warranty only applies to Samsung Commercial Products: purchased within Australia or New Zealand ; sold by Samsung Electronics Australia or its authorized distributors or dealers in Australia or New Zealand; used and serviced within Australia or New Zealand; and, for which valid proof of purchase is presented when a claim under this Warranty is made. The cover of this Warranty only applies to service carried out by a Samsung Customer Service Plaza or an authorized repair service centre .
The Australian Trade Practices Act and other laws imply certain conditions, warranties and undertakings, and give you other legal rights, in relation to the quality and fitness for purpose of Samsung Commercial Products. These cannot be modified nor excluded by any contract. This Warranty gives you additional protection for your Samsung Commercial Products, and identifies a preferred approach to resolving warranty claims which will be quicker and simpler for all parties, subject to the exclusions, terms and conditions identified.
Samsung warrants that your Samsung Commercial Product is of merchantable quality and does not have a latent defect.
Samsung's liability for any valid claim under this Warranty will be limited to taking one of the following actions, depending upon what is reasonable in the circumstances:
Samsung is only liable for a claim under this Warranty if the Samsung Commercial Product has been installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (as noted in the operating instructions) under normal use and reasonable care. Samsung is not liable for a claim under this Warranty for any damage, malfunction or failure resulting from normal wear and tear; brightness deterioration or uniformity deterioration caused naturally as time passes; image sticking caused by fixed image or pattern; any software, including the embedded Windows XP®, even if packaged or sold with the Samsung Commercial Product; alteration of structure, specification or functionality; use of incorrect voltages; incorrect installation; accident; misuse; neglect; failure to properly clean the product or any part of it (including heads, internal cavities, user accessible filters); abuse; maladjustment of customer controls; main supply problems; thunderstorm activity; infestation by insects or vermin; tampering by unauthorised persons; unauthorised repair or maintenance; exposure to moisture or any form of liquid ingression; exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or any foreign object or matter having entered the Samsung Commercial Product; computer virus or faulty operating system (excluding Samsung Firmware); use of faulty or leaking batteries; use of non-authorized / non-standard parts.
This Warranty does not apply for the repair or replacement of any accessory (including any consumable) supplied with the Samsung Commercial Product including, but not limited to, aerials and antennae, styli, detachable power leads, earphones, connecting and power cables. These accessories, if they are Samsung products, may be the subject of their own warranties.

Send or bring the product to a Samsung Customer Service Plaza together with your proof of purchase receipt as a proof of purchase date. Please note that freight and insurance to and / or from your nearest Customer Service Plaza must be arranged by you for claims under this Warranty. Depending on product type and / or the alleged fault, on site warranty repairs can be arranged upon request with a Samsung Customer Service Plaza that services your area. In this circumstance, the Samsung product must be uninstalled and at floor level for accessability by the service technician.
This warranty document should be retained by the customer at all times.
