How to claim

1. Purchase only 2 pairs of participating Samsung 3D Glasses (2010 models) between 28th October to 31st January 2012.

2. Register by calling 1800 068 078 within 14 days of purchase. Provide your details and the Serial Numbers of Participating Products that you have purchased.

3. Email a copy of your receipt to samsung3dfree@callcentreservices.com.au or fax to (02) 9949 9282 within 14 days registering your claim by phone.

4. When your claim has been approved, you will receive your Bonus Gift by post, so please ensure your mailing address is included with your claim. Please allow at least 4 weeks for receipt of your Bonus Gift*

Terms and Conditions -
Bonus 3D Glasses Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Bonus 3D Glasses Promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

2. Employees (and their immediate families) of Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 ("Promoter") and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

3. All valid claims received by the Promoter will be awarded the following bonus gift of 2 x 3D Adult Battery Glasses (SSG-2100AB) plus a MvA 3D movie title ("Bonus Gift") (RRP $300). The Bonus Gift is compatible with 2010 Samsung 3D TV models only.The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 28 October 2011 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on 31^st January 2012 or such earlier time as all Bonus Gifts available (being 4000) are claimed ("Promotional Period").

4. To be eligible to claim, individuals must purchase any two (2) pairs of Samsung 3D glasses in the following participating model numbers:

   SSG-2100AB, SSG-2200KR, SSG-2200AR

   Each model above is hereafter referred to as the “Participating Product”. For clarity, the definition of a participating product expressly excludes "C grade" or "seconds" products.

   Each retailer above is hereafter referred to as a “Participating Retailer”. The Promoter recommends that prior to purchasing their Participating Product the customer verify that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, “purchase” means payment in full of the Participating Product.

6. To enter, claimants must:

   1. ring 1800 068 078 within 14 days of purchasing their Participating Product and give the required information including their full name, phone number, postal address, serial number of their Participating Product and email address;

   2. claimants must either email a scanned copy of the original purchase receipt to samsung3dfree@callcentreservices.com.au or fax a copy to (02) 9949 9282. The Promoter recommends that claimants retain their original purchase receipt for their records.

7. The Bonus Gift will only be awarded once the Promoter receives the serial number of the Participating Product purchased along with a copy of the original purchase receipt, subject to the following conditions:

   1. all copies of original purchase receipts must be received by the Promoter within 14 days of the claimant registering by phone and no later than last mail received on 28 February 2012;

   2. if a claimant is unable to provide the serial number of the purchased Participating Product at the time of registering by phone, the claimant must register all details, excluding the serial number and the claim will be marked as "pending" until such time as the claimant provides their serial number. As soon as the claimant receives their Participating Product, and no later than 28 February 2012, the claimant must immediately phone Samsung with their serial number.

8. The Promotion excludes Participating Products purchased through any online retailer who does not also have a shopfront (for example, www.shoppingsafari.com.au, www.thebargainhunter.com.au, www.shopbot.com.au), online bidding or auction websites (for example www.ebay.com.au) or otherwise purchased through unauthorised retailers.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

11. One Bonus Gift permitted per household.

12. Claimants should allow at least 4 weeks from the date their claim is submitted to receive their Bonus Gift. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Bonus Gift will be delivered to the address advised by the claimant at time of notification. The claimant is responsible for ensuring correct contact and address details are provided to the Promoter and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should a claimant fail to receive their Bonus Gift, because of a failure to notify the Promoter of the change to these details.

14. If the Bonus Gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Bonus Gift with a Bonus Gift to the equal value and/or specification.

15. The Bonus Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Bonus Gift value is correct as at 5 October 2011 and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Bonus Gift value.

16. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Bonus Gift claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Bonus Gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or claimant; or (f) use of the Bonus Gift.

18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Bonus Gift suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for Promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
