Full HD 3D TV has never looked better
Making a 3D image in theory is easy. You simply show a human one image in their left eye and the same image from a slightly different angle in their right eye. The brain automatically combines both images and interpolates them in such a way to create a sensation of depth.
So the trick is to get those two images into the correct eyes, when beaming light out of a single flat display, and Samsung TVs do this by controlling special ‘active shutter’ glasses that you wear, and sending left and right images at 50 frames per second alternately to each eye.
