Samsung Cares has included a variety of ways to connect with Samsung. The traditional phone call, or Call Now, feature is still available, along with a Remote Access feature.. The Social Network Service has been included as well so you can connect with not only Samsung, but everyone who is a part of the Samsung social networking community. If you have a Samsung question, there is a good chance that someone else has had the same question as well. Being able to check Samsung’s Facebook and Twitter pages will help you answer those questions and maybe even answer some questions you didn’t know you had.
