Who is the supplier of the content?
Each category was created in close cooperation with the renewed publishers, website producers or image providers. Received content was then reformatted to match TV specifications and therefore designed to deliver an unforgettable viewing experience.

Who is the content suitable for?
Its appeal is universal as it is reference-based. It is multimedia, interactive and visually attractive, easy to access and navigate. Suitable for all ages and gender.

How can I access the contents in TV?
Content Library can be accessed either through a ‘hot key’ on a remote control (one step) or through a “menu” in the TV navigation.

Can I play on my TV flash contents that were not created by Samsung or Samsung’s Partners?
It is not recommended as untested contents might interfere with the TV’s software and therefore cause damage. In addition, other flash content or games should not be played in a Samsung TV because of the digital rights protection issues.

Can I transfer the embedded contents to another device?
Because of the copyright issue (which allow display of the contents on Samsung TVs only), as well as the fact that neither Samsung nor the content providers can be responsible for any potential problems that might occur from playing the content on other devices, the transfer of the contents is restricted to Samsung TVs (Series over LCD/PDP 650, LED7000) only.

Can I delete or add to the embedded contents list?
You can delete the embedded contents and add new content using the USB memory or internet direct download. Go to the ‘Content Management’ menu and select the content. Content can be deleted or added by sub-category.

What does ‘Other’ in the menu page refer to? There is no content in this category.
It is for the additional content of a new category (not current category). If you download a new category of contents, you can see it in this menu.

How do customers update the contents?
Customers download the contents into their own USB from www.samsung.com (for free content) or from www.nurisam.com (for Games, payable). Once they plug the USB to their TV, they can play or copy the content at the ‘Content Management’ menu.
Otherwise, if your TV connects to the internet via a LAN cable, you can directly download the content provided by Samsung.
Go to Content Management>Internet Download.
Select a content item and press the Enter button.
You can play the selected content or copy it to the TV's memory.

What is ‘UDN’? It is required on nurisam.com when I download content into the USB.
The UDN (Unique Device Number) is a number specific to each product. When customers download content to a USB from www.nurisam.com (for Game, paid), they need a UDN.

Can I change the contents' language?
Yes, it is possible to change the language of the content. However, not all languages are supported due to limited memory size.
The language of the Content Library is linked to your language setting, which can be selected at the [Menu>Set up>Language] menu.
If the language you selected is not supported by the Content Library, the contents will be displayed in English.

I cannot copy additional contents to my TV.
Please check the remaining available space on your TV's memory in the 'Content Management' menu. Remaining memory space is displayed at the bottom left side. If there is insufficient available memory space to copy additional content, you have to delete some of the embedded content in the memory to free enough space.
