Samsung Canada celebrates opening of Ontario’s First Samsung Walk-In Service Centre

MISSISSAUGA, ON – June 18, 2013 – Samsung Electronics Canada today unveiled the first of its Ontario Samsung Service Centres, part of the company’s mission to provide industry-leading customer service and interaction with the brand across Canada. Located in Mississauga’s Heartland Town Centre, the Samsung Service Centre will offer customers an unparalleled service and support experience.

“Our Canadian consumers are telling us they want a direct relationship with the manufacturers creating the devices they can’t live without. Our walk-in service centres are an extension of our commitment to customer service excellence,” said Frank Martino, Director of Samsung Canada’s Service Division. “We’re thrilled to offer this service to customers in the community Samsung Canada has called home for 25 years.”

The Heartland Samsung Service Centre will offer local Samsung device owners walk-in service support for all Samsung products, including a one-hour repair service, as well as the option to purchase extended warranty sales and support and accessories. Additionally, Samsung’s expertly trained product technicians will be on-site for product information and insight, ensuring devices are operating at the highest level possible.

With an expanding retail level presence, the Mississauga location joins Samsung’s walk-in service centres in Montreal and Vancouver, and first retail store in Burnaby.
